No palm. It’s all ecological and sustainable and something-free. The vocabulary is new. It found a new niche. This is your platform for it.

We want words that address the most pressing issues facing humans and planet earth and aliens and zombies. Words on climate change. Darkness and humor. Emotion but no mush. Sincerity. Words that address the pain of being human or alien or tree. The conflicts. The hypocrisy. The fundamentally flawed and imperfect. How to balance all of this Relativity? A thankless task? An impossible notion? Pure fancy and invention on the count of literary possibility?

L I M I N A L . V A U L T

You ended up here for a reason. This is no coincidence. This is the vault you’ve been looking for.

L I M I N A L . V A U L T is the private LMNL SPCS community, for all of us writers who navigate the same imbalance — in climate, hypocrisy, the pain of being human or alien or tree, the darkness, the humor and definitely no mush.

1st of every month we drop the resources. The community does the rest:

• One fiction, one nonfiction, one poem we love (with our short “why we like it” note)
• One fiction prompt, one nonfiction prompt, one poetry prompt
• One writing exercise
• Word banks
• Craft notes
• Alien-and-Tree perspectives
• Action Points
• Liminal Trivia and Liminal Jukebox

• And much more…

Applications to this private community are made by checking a box in the fee section at the final stage of your submission on Submittable. You don’t need to do anything else different with your submission. Your standard submission is the application. Not everyone gets it, but you do. If your application is successful, you will be sent a link to join. The vault is then $9.99 per month. You can cancel anytime without charge. See you in there for all things imbalanced.
